$50.00 Auctioneers Fee will be charged.

Cash, Credit Card or Colorado State Check With ID. All Out Of State Buyers Need Certified Or Approved Funds. All Items Sold “As It, Where Is”. All Items Must Be Removed Day of Sale. Buyer Responsible For Due Diligence. Auctioneers & WMR&A and WWP not responsible for accidents. Announcements made day of sale take precedence over printed materials. 5% Buyer’s Premium + sales tax charged on all non-titled items.


COMMISSION RATES:  $2 Min. Commission Per Item.  From $2-$200 20%, $201-$1,500 12%, $1,501-$5000 8%, $5,001-$10,000 6%, $10,001 - $30,000 2%, Over $30,001 1% per item.

AUCTION REPORT:  1. Nearly $200.00 was raised for the Wounded Warrior Project with 1 dollar donations and our corporate donation.  Congratulations and thank you Consigners and Bidders!  2.  GUNS were not allowed due to a new county sheriff who is not aware of State & Federal law covering Auctions.  We will meet with him and explain our procedures, and we are looking forward to a gun only auction the first of next year.  3.  We regret that some consigners did NOT show up with items promised, promoted and pictured below.
